Consumers have the following right of withdrawal for contracts concluded directly with Fastic GmbH (purchases via stepmade.app and via the payment page in the StepMade App). For purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play, the withdrawal and refund rules of the respective platform apply.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fastic GmbH, Pappelallee 78/79, 10437 Berlin, email: support@stepmade.app, phone: +49 30 41735147) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the withdrawal function provided on our website (stepmade.app) and in the StepMade App. If you use this option, we will send you, without undue delay and on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal, including the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
How to find the online withdrawal function
The online withdrawal function is available throughout the entire withdrawal period and can be reached via the “Vertrag widerrufen” (“withdraw from contract”) button:
- In the StepMade App (signed in): under “Profile” → “Subscriptions” → “Vertrag widerrufen” (“withdraw from contract”).
- On the website (signed in): at stepmade.app via “Manage subscription” in the footer → “Vertrag widerrufen” (“withdraw from contract”).
- Without login details: at stepmade.app via “Vertrag widerrufen” (“withdraw from contract”) in the footer → then fill in the form.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
